A pendant install left a hole in a customer's drywall. Brian patched it. He came back a week later for the inspection and patched it again, because the first patch was not good enough yet. A drywall crew on another job asked for his number after watching him reuse the original cutout and reinforce it from inside the wall. That is the standard on every job, whether it is a dead outlet or a whole-house lighting plan.

Do you actually answer the phone?
Yes. If I am on a ladder I text back within the hour. Same day is normal, and I work Saturdays.
Will you try to sell me a new panel?
Only if you need one. Most "your panel is a death trap" pitches are sales. I will tell you what is actually wrong and what it costs to fix.
Do you pull permits?
Yes, for anything that needs one, like EV chargers and panel work. I pull it, schedule the inspection, and I am there for it.
How do you charge?
Every visit is a paid service call, and I am upfront about that. If your problem sounds like something quick and safe to reset yourself, I will walk you through it on the phone at no charge. When I do come out, we agree on the price before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
